I ordered a small bouncy castle with a slide for the bank holiday and was very pleased with the service I received! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was advised that the collection had to be put back till quite late in the evening. The castle was at my grandparents and when I explained they would likely be in bed before that, the driver very kindly changed collections and came to us a bit earlier. Thank you so much for being accommodating! The whole process was straightforward and BJs is the only place I would go to!

BJ’s have such a great selection on inflatables and are continually adding new items. Their booking page is very freindly and their prices are very reasonable. The staff that come to install are very friendly and helpful. They have everything needed to make sure your party in enjoyed by everyone!

Brilliant. Great range of inflatables to choose from, and handy and detailed online booking. Thorough and clear instructions pre and post booking. I had a wobble about the weather a couple of days before (as we had booked for home garden and forecast threatened rain!), and I had a very quick, courteous and reassuring response from their office. The delivery team on the day were friendly and efficient at both drop off and collection. First time I've ever booked a bouncy castle and it was all painless - and lots of fun had by the little ones! Highly recommend, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

  • I LOVED the package we booked, it was immaculate and looked amazing in our garden. We will definitely use BJ’s again and all our toddler friends were impressed so will definitely be sharing you guys out! Not only the quality of the stuff, but the guys who came to set it up were just so lovely and professional. They had the utmost respect being in someone’s home and I just found their attitude spot on. Also the company have the absolute most fair policy on weather/cancelations, I spoke to some companies who needed 2 weeks notice to cancel etc which isn’t fair! But BJ’s is nothing like that and the sole reason I chose them over the others.

    Also just a little thing, but I was shocked to see the guys actually cleaning the softplay/bouncy before packing it away! (It was in the garden so will have got some muddy marks)! I’ve hired the most filthy softplays before and had to clean myself on arrival!! So these guys really do look after their equipment!

We were very pleased with the bouncy castle you provided for us on 8 June and the service given by your two staff. We were particularly pleased that you were able to deliver at just about 9.00am so that we could go ahead with setting up our food and drink marquees, tables and chairs with plenty of time before the start of the street party at 12.00. We were also grateful to receive a message from your staff to tell us that they’d got delayed in the evening and would be a bit later collecting the equipment than planned.

Was a lovely peppa pig design and was very clean. We were absolutely delighted with the whole experience!
It was straightforward to change the date after half my daughter's friends couldn't come on the original date. Communication was great before and on the day in terms of timings. It was installed so easily and we were able to leave it uninflated til the party, it was all very straightforward. The bouncy castle was clean and in excellent condition given that it is a hire item, it is obviously well cared for and maintained. My daughter loved every second of it and we would definitely use BJ's bouncy castles again the future and recommend them highly to everyone we know!

Your workers were sent to install a bouncy castle and ball pond air juggler having to transport them up some narrow tricky metal stairs at the hall I had hired for my son’s party. They were just brilliant. It is always nerve wracking before a children’s party worrying if the entertainment will turn up (and what you’ll do with 30 screaming children if it doesn’t!). I received a phone call about 2 hours before the arrival time to confirm that they were coming and when they expected to arrive.

Because parking outside the venue was tricky, they called me again when they were getting closer to update me. Very reassuring! They were professional, courteous, and helpful on arrival. They put the equipment up in no time and told me what I need to know for safety purposes.

They were equally prompt when picking up so that we weren’t late cleaning up the venue.

5 stars. I have used your company for a long time.

The guys were excellent, very polite and just cracked on with getting everything set up.

They left the place looking great afterwards, and we didn’t really notice them clear away despite the party still being in full swing.

The guy this year was great but I need to mention that last year there were two guys who not only were great but also rushed to help when a catering boiler over-steamed and plumes of what looked like smoke were coming out of the kitchen. They went in to investigate!

We were really happy with everything. We were a little bit apprehensive about set up time due to when we had access but it was set up incredibly quickly and we were really appreciative. Likewise when it came to collecting it - the guys who came to take care of it were incredibly efficient.
In terms of the product itself - we were once again incredibly pleased. It was great to have all the superheroes on the castle (not just Marvel or DV - but a mix) and the ball pit was a great addition. We’ve been to quite a few parties and it’s the first time there’s been a ball pit and the kids absolutely loved it. From looking at everything you have on the website - it really is a very impressive range.

Castle arrived on time and was greeted friendly and advised who he was ( apologies forgot guys name) and he was from BJS.

Came in and looked at the garden to ensure bouncy castle would fit and went and got it and was all round perfect. He asked what time we would want it collected and arrived on time to collect.

I was actually going to contact you this morning.

I’m blown away by the product and service, in a current climate where no one seems to care about customer service - I was thrilled that I received: not only what I paid for but I felt it was totally worth the money and lovely customer service on top.

Being very particular myself, I was thrilled to see that the equipment was not only well kept, the lads really took pride in getting it right, they were spot on with their advice on placement of the equipment and I was OVER THE MOON to see them wiping it down (with what looked like anti-bac wipes). They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly.

I really liked how they text me on the morning and kept me up to date with collection time.

You really made my son’s day 🙏🤗

I'm happy to offer feedback. We were delighted with the service. I found it very easy to book online and was pleased to see you accepted Amex too. When your staff identified that there may be a problem with the height of the bouncy castle I had ordered for the venue, they contacted me straight away and offered to switch with a smaller one, very helpful because on reflection they were right, even though the venue proprietor suggested that the ceiling was high enough, it would definitely not have fit.

The staff that delivered, set up and then subsequently collected the castle were very courteous, friendly, and got the job done in almost no time at all.

Overall a great experience that I would certainly recommend.

  • Absolutely amazing service. I was worried initially as it was done online, but in a professional manner I received plenty of emails up until a few days before the event to let me know the details of the delivery and my order.

    On the day the staff did a great job of setting up with minimal disruption while I was setting up for my daughters. They came back to collect at the agreed time and were very friendly.

    Overall a brilliant service, they had so much variety to pick from and the equipment was so clean. The kids loved the bouncy castle and the ball pit more than anything!

The two young men who delivered them/set them up were very polite, punctual and happy to help while we changed our mind about where we wanted to locate things!

Hi there , , the only thing was I put on booking about over night and when the guys dropped off said it’s a kids and they can’t stay over over night , they firstly said they’ll be back around 5-5.30 for which I said it’s not starting till 3pm !!! They said they will come back as late as they can for which they did around 8.30 so the kids got a good play , the 2 fellas were very helpful and a credit to your business , I’ll just start the party earlier next year !! We’ve had a great experience with BJ’s who supplied us with a castle as well as a speaker & microphone. The gentleman that attended were on time, quick, clean & efficient. Even when it came to packing up they were on time & sat waiting in the van, insistent that they would wait until the agreed upon time to pack up even though I kept on telling them it was fine to start early. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I use these guys every year for my sons birthday and they have never let me down. The bouncy castle we get each year is amazing and well worth the money. We will defo use them next year and I have no problems promoting them as they have a given our kids hours of fun!

I hired out the softplay on Sunday, they were really good! Rang me to say he was running a little bit late, but still managed to set up before the party started! They have a massive selection of bouncy castles/soft plays! We didn’t use a bouncy castle due to space, but the softplay alone was a really good size for a 1yr olds party 😁 so happy with the service. 10/10

Hi,

We were really impressed with a number of aspects of the service but in particular how we were regularly updated even on the day of delivery the progress of our orders. The delivery men were efficient and courteous. Our 3 year old loved it and even shed a tear when they arrived to take it away at the end of his party. The didi cars were a particular hit and they spent as much time on that as on the bouncy castle.

I had a really good experience of BJ's bouncy castles. Easy to order on the website and then I needed to change the drop off time and even the day before I asked if I could change the theme of the bouncy castle and that was ok too.

The guys were on time and asked where we would like the bouncy castle positioned. They also pre warned me that they were extremely busy on 19th so might be late to collect, i must admit i felt for them as they didn’t arrive to collect until around 21.45pm.

Thank you for such a great service. The soft play was delivered and collected on the exact timings, the soft play was in excellent condition and the staff set up with no hassle and ensured it was all set up nicely and cleaned. Sorry for the delay in providing feedback.
I hired a bouncy castle for my sons christening on the 25th March. I had used BJs before so knew you were professional and reliable.
The guys delivering were like little ninjas - they arrived on time and had it set up before I had really even noticed that they had arrived!!
They gave it a wipe over to make sure it was lovely and clean, checked we were happy (and confirmed pick up time) and disappeared :-)
The kids (and adults) loved it and they had a fantastic time.

Will definitely order from you again.

Hi

The whole experience was excellent. I looked up online, found something I thought would be good and I could tell from the pictures and detailed description and size details that it would fit in our space and be suitable for what we wanted. I ended up calling to book rather than doing it online because I had a couple of questions and at the time it was just easier to call rather than email. I had a confirmation email and an email when was passed to dispatch so I knew what was happening. The guys who delivered it were on time, polite and got on with the job very quickly and the same when it was collected. The children loved it and we had a great open day. We will definitely see if it's available another time.

I am delighted to take time to reply to you. Your booking service was excellent despite the trouble you were put to sending via my daughter's email.

Your lads, who delivered and collected, were lovely, polite and helpful and were happy to rejig position of castle for us.

They collected while party was in full swing and cleared away with no disruption to our guests.

The bouncy castle was clean and in excellent condition and was loved by our grandchildren. So much so that when our 3 year old came down in the morning and saw it was gone, cried 😂

We were very pleased with the service! The online booking is great and very convenient to use. The on day weather cancellation policy brings peace of mind and it is great that I can just pay on the day. You also have an amazing range of bouncy castles. This is the fourth time we are using your services and each time the men who come to deliver it are so polite and efficient. I have to admit that I did briefly consider another company which I thought looked cheaper...however when I called them they added delivery charge and set up costs etc and would have had to pay everything up front - it did not work out cheaper at all. I prefer to see the total cost up front without hidden charges. I have recommended you to my friends.

Dear Suzanne

We had a really good day, made easier by your delivery people being prompt and professional. The Bouncy Castle was just as we expected it and the service was smooth.

We had a hiccup here where the accounts dept had not read that the invoice needs to be paid before delivery. They only start at 9am, so we couldn't get them to pay. I appreciated the fact that, due to them having to deliver elsewhere, your driver allowed us to organise the payment with the accounts dept before they returned to collect. I will make sure that this does not happen next year.

Thanks for your email. I have to say we had a fantastic service from the staff at BJ’s Bouncy Castle – Both Jack and Conor were really friendly and approachable. They delivered the bouncy castle bright and early in the morning and were still smiling when they picked it up later in the day. We were their last pick up on what was yet another hot day, so whilst we were pleased, I’m sure the boys must have been really tired by the end of it, but didn’t let them dampen their spirits – great crew!

We were very very pleased with the service and felt totally satisfied with the price. Not cheap but affordable for us and really good value for money as the bouncy castle was in pristine condition and looked fabulous. I would definitely recommend to anyone if this is the service always given and I will use your company again.

If I was to make any comment it would be that if I was to have a party on hired premises, I would have needed a more precise drop off and pick up time but I am sure you are sensitive to that fact. For a private house party it was GREAT!!!

Just to let you know we were extremely happy with your service providing the wrecking ball on the 13th of May.

It was delivered early enough in the morning…yawn! by 2 very pleasant, helpful, happy men.

The children had a wonderful time during the day and the wrecking ball was collected at a very reasonable time at the end of the day-6pm when all kids were exhausted and bounced out.

They were efficient,everything but as set up by the delivery men when they arrived and they were able to tell me exactly what time the bouncy castle would be collected. I'd be delighted to give feedback - it was an excellent customer service from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate and ordered well and made it easy to find the specific bouncy castle I wanted - the online availability checking is particularly useful as is the booking form. Basically that whole process was really easy and you had such a range to choose from - so much better than the rest.

Then on the day - the bouncy castle was delivered on time, set up very quickly, people who delivered it were helpful and friendly. Bouncy castle was clean and well looked after and kids loved it. It was collected again on time and without any fuss at all.

I was really pleased with our whole experience (and have already left a five star review on your Facebook page).
The online selection was great, I emailed a question before hiring which was answered quickly and the onine booking was easy.
It was nice to get a message on the day before the party to confirm that the castle was ready for dispatch.
On the day the people that came to set up were prompt, efficient and really friendly. The bouncy castle we hired was in great condition and the kids (and adults!) had such a fun time.
Collection was again prompt and efficient.
The only thing that was even remotely tricky was finding suitable ID to take to the venue!

I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of the bouncy castles. I think the bouncy castles Dan ordered were new to your company and they were excellent! The 38 children loved both of them and we really liked the fact that we could play our own music in the disco ball one. This was especially important to us as a church.

I am also very pleased with the service from your men. When they arrived I had not managed to pack away all the chairs as my volunteers were running late. Your men helped me to move the chairs in the church so that the bouncy castle could be set up. I really appreciated that and I would have tipped them if we had spare cash!

The bouncy castles themselves were also very clean and were set up very safely. We had no injuries at all!

To be honest, the men that delivered the castle were beyond brilliant. I had a difficult time getting to the venue and they were very understanding. My daughter was being a little difficult when we arrived (she is being assessed for ASD) and they were so lovely about it. They got her to sit down and "help" blow the castle up. I thought that was sweet and ever so helpful as a lot of people don't understand my daughter's behaviour and can be so quick to judge. I really appreciate their extra help and friendly approach.

We have always had extremely good service from the company which is why I have made a repeat booking for a number of years.

Our church has a summer fair to raise money for an overseas charity and the bouncy castle is free so it attracts families with children.

Firstly the booking by email with James is straightforward and he replies promptly to any queries I have. He offers a discount which is much appreciated.

On the day your staff arrive promptly and erect the bouncy castle which is always clean and in good condition. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient.
At the end of the hire period they arrive near to the agreed time and pack it up efficiently. On 2 occasions it has been wet and they have erected the castle indoors with weights.

All in all a very good service and I recommend BJ's to other people.

Thank you Suzanne for the opporunity to feedback from our experience of using BJs last Saturday.

The team arrived on time and were extremely helpful, I had ordered 2 castles, unfortunately I had ordered what I thought we had ordered the previous year but instead one of them was a a 2 part 60ft castle, I asked whether we could use just one part, one of the lads contacted base and clarified that that was I had ordered in previous years and yes that was possible and you very kindly reduced the cost. We were treated with curtesy and they worked extremely hard, making sure everything was just as we wanted and that things were made safe. We have used BJs now for the last 5 years and I think this year the service has been better than ever.

I will try and read the sizes more carefully next time

We have used you three years running now and have always been very happy with the service.

Arriving early (before 7am!) is great for us and the kids had plenty of party time to enjoy the bouncy castle so they were not too sad when it was deflated just after 6pm.

The delivery guys were very friendly and polite and even let the kids help flatten it out ready for packing - which they enjoyed too!

Prices are also competitive and fair.

Bj's are a great and reliable company.
Booked online got an email confirmation, received a follow up email to say all on track for the party. I had to call them to discuss drop off times, they were great and accommodating. Their delivery guys were friendly, quick and efficient. And collection was swift easy and they left no mess. Perfect.

We were extremely happy with our bouncy castle rental from you.
Your guys arrived with the castle well in time for the party (two hours before the party was starting) and set it up very quickly and efficiently.
It said in the booking info that they would come and collect the castle any time after 5.30pm but I had written a comment / request asking if it could be picked up closer to 7pm rather than 5.30pm. The guys came at 7.30pm, it was perfect.
We couldn't have asked for more. The service and product was perfect, rating 5/5!

Once picking up the bouncy castle there were still a lot of people left in the hall including children and they were very careful. Firstly we want to thank you all for the lovely service starting with your brilliant and user friendly website. Your staff are very efficient and friendly. And I'm impressed with the care they take when packing away the equipment.
Our recent hire of your services was great, the boys delivered on time the Mickey Mouse bouncy castle along with the soft play equipment was the perfect size for our hall and they were in excellent condition and clean.
Unfortunately the only thing that let it down was the floor mats were a bit grubby and sticky and therefore my husband had to give it a good clean.
Other than that the kids really enjoyed themselves and we would definitely recommend your company, in fact some of our friends have asked for your contact details and I've send them your website details to them. As they complemented how clean your products were. So I hope you get to hear from them one day.

This is the 4th bouncy castle I have had with yourselves and after my last experience when the castle arrived in time, then being picked up late after 11pm I was a little dubious about whether or not to use you again.

This time the castle arrived nice and early and the gentleman putting it up was very good and friendly and the kids loved it and it was worth every penny. It was even collected just after 5.30 which was perfect as it then started raining.

I would based on this experience and my first two recommend you to others and definitely use you again.

We found BJ's brilliant from start to finish. The online booking form was easy and clear. The delivery took place within the time frame we specified and we found the driver very polite. The castle was cleaned and set up in no time. The children had a brilliant time on it. We actually had to send the childrens entertainer away early as the children just wanted to bounce on your castle!

I would like to say the service we received was excellent and was very pleased with the drivers 'can-do' attitude and the way they cleaned the castle with anti bac spray after they had put it up, everyone at the party commented on how nice the castle was and we did recommend using your company again

The only thing to improve the service (which is just being picky really) would be to have a text sent when the driver is on his way and picking up as we wasn't too sure of when it was going to be, with quite a long delivery window

With that said we were very pleased and will be using your company again

All was good with the hire experience, was easy to do on line and no problems with delivery or anything at all.

The only thing I would say was that I hadn’t realised that I needed to send a confirmation email within 3 days of receiving your confirmation email. I would suggest that you put this at the very top of your email in big bold letters as to be completely honest I didn’t read the whole email – I just thought it was a confirmation of my booking and that was it done.

The children and our guests had an amazing day with the Peppa Pig with slide castle. It arrived promptly in the morning and your team erected it and filled it with air, expertly and within just 15 mins. They were polite and efficient. The castle it's self was clean and in excellent condition. The collection was also as quick. We consider your services as excellent and will defiantly be using you again in the future. With two small boys, I don't think it will be the last castle we hire.

My feedback is all very positive:

  • Very quick and easy to book
  • payment in cash at time of delivery makes life simple
  • Very happy that you have a free rain cancellation policy as that is a worry at time of booking
  • Delivery guy was very friendly and particularly good given my 2yr old was following him round the garden watching him set up.
  • Equipment was in good condition and clean etc

Overall a very good experience and we will definitely be using you again.

My only criticism is I left voice mail about booking and never received a call back. Once I emailed you however I did receive a reply very promptly.

I was impressed by the professionalism of your driver. He made the whole thing so much less stressful than it has been in the past.

We were supposed to have raised the payment in advance yet the purchase order and invoice had been sat in somebody's pigeon hole at school which meant it was delayed and yet everything still went to plan. So I apologise for not chasing up the advance payment ( a lesson learnt for next year) and thank you for your great service.

The four mats provided were not really adequate as we had to use the hard basketball court, so we had to borrow mats from the pe dept. These were not ideal as they became very hot in the sun ( your mats didn't do this so were better in that respect)

Our experience overall was very good.

The team that set up and took down the bouncy castle were efficient and polite.

There was an issue re the price quoted and then the charge was higher on the day but James resolved this very quickly and with minimal fuss or issue which was great.

The standard of the inflatable was excellent and people at the party were keen to know who we had used (especially as they were impressed with the team removing the castle).

We would certainly use you again should we have a party and want inflatables again.

I found the whole experience on the day without fault. The delivery guys did a fantastic job, friendly, courteous, and efficient. You have a good team of guys. Also great when collecting.

The kids loved the castle, the small size fitted well in the garden, the hood/roof was a bonus, it was brightly coloured and in good condition.

My only criticism to the whole experience was when ordering via internet. You request a confirmation email within 3 days of receipt of your email. I sent this email, I would have appreciated a confirmation of receipt of email, perhaps then stating "your order is confirmed, we'll contact you a week before......."
This would of saved me worrying and contacting you requesting confirmation of my order.
Other than that, fantastic will use again.

I would just like to say we were delighted with the bouncy castle we hired for my son's 6th birthday party. The service was fantastic. It was delivered nice and early at 7.30pm and we must have been last on the pick up list as the guys came to pick it up at 7.30pm so my son could not have more delighted to have it so long.

The guys were very efficient, polite and courteous and the castle was put up and dismantled in no time at all. The castle was lovely and clean ( we have seen some shockingly dirty ones in the past) and we could not have asked for more really.

Saturday 20th June - Great service, the delivery guys was running late to install the castle, but I was kept informed at all times.

I was not in when the castle was put up but from what i heard it went up pretty quick and was safe and secure for the children.

The castle was true to size, clean and safe.

The guys was late to collect -but again I was kept informed and the castle was taken away quickly by the guys.

One word "Brilliant!"
- we booked for a family party, the bouncy castle was set up quickly and efficiently, where I wanted it and the team were courteous and helpful. I would have preferred a better estimate of when it would be picked up the next day. The guys said around 12, so we made arrangements to go to family for lunch, but had to leave my partner behind until the bouncy castle was collected which was more like 2pm Our fault really for planning too much in!

We felt the hire charge was good value, and paid the extra to keep it overnight - well worth it!

We has a great experience with BJ's bouncy castles. The team were professional at all times and on the day of delivery / collection took great care not to bring any dirt into the house which was really appreciated (our side entrance was too narrow). The castle itself (pink Peppa Pig) was exactly as the description on the website. My three year old daughter and her friends had a whale of a time!

I have continued to use Bj's because we always have a really good service whether that is punctual delivery and pick up as well as willing and helpful attitude from those delivering, to the quality of the bouncy castles or the willingness of the company to send me a recent copy of the current public liability insurance certificate. In comparison to the other companies I looked at your bouncy castles did seem to be a bit more expensive. However, they couldn't provide me with the service you did.

Their website wasn't up to date so where I was requesting a castle it showed as being available but in reality they didn't have it.


When your chaps came to drop off and pick up the item they were very professional cleaning it in front of us (nice to see that so we knew it was acceptable) yet were very personable and chatty too.

Regarding your services I was extremely happy with it. The team were quick in setting up and collecting with no issues and the day was great. My two girls loving their tinkerbell bouncy castle which the print was also great. The team were friendly and helpful, quick and efficient.


Just keep doing what you do as you provide a great and efficient service. A recommendation is keep with the current market of kids entertainment for prints on the castles. Big hero 6 is a new one the kids like but there are loads as you know as i see you covered lots from the website.

Hi
Thank you so much for the inflatables and the great service. Even with
the problem with one of them, it was dealt with very efficiently.

in particular worked so hard and we very prompt.
We had the best time despite
the weather! In fact the assault course was awesome even more so with the added
paddling pool sections !!!

Hi James,


I just wanted to send you an email saying how much all the children loved
the Spiderman bouncy castle! It was a big hit at my little boys party and my Son
loved it!


He did actually think it was a present and that after the party 'the man'
was going to put it in our garden, took some explaining but he's ok about it
now!
